Summer reading
This year, Summer Reading is not just about how many pages a child can read during the summer.
Some books are quick reads.
Other books stay in your body a little longer.
Books can be read alone, aloud with an adult,
or in small pieces between swimming, ice cream, traveling
and quiet summer evenings.
The most important thing is not always the quantity,
but that the child will want to open the next page.
Some books are easy-to-read joys, with colorful pictures and a fast pace. Other books invite wonder, conversation and new ways of looking at the world. And you get a sneak peek behind the scenes of life, both in the book and in your child's life.
Erian – a Timeless World probably belongs mostly to the latter category.

This is a book for children from about 10 years old, and for adults who enjoy reading with their children and grandchildren.
The story takes the reader to 2045,
into a world where nature and artificial intelligence
not stand on opposite sides, but cooperate.
Here the children meet the friends Phi, Mina, Glint and Metrik,
The Heavenly Gardens, the Light Weave and a school where the assignments are not just about learning facts, but about understanding oneself, each other and the world a little more deeply.
Maybe it will be a book to read yourself.
Maybe it will be a book to read aloud.
Maybe it will be a book that opens up conversations about the future, emotions, technology, nature.
and what children can actually help shape.
Erian – a Timeless World is included in Summer Reading and can be registered as summer reading.
