2. Entering into an agreement

The agreement becomes binding when the buyer completes the order and receives an order confirmation by email.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT where applicable. Any additional costs are shown before the order is completed.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using Vipps, credit or debit card, or PayPal, depending on the options shown at checkout. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider. Vevra does not store card details itself.

5. Delivery

Physical books are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Digital products are delivered as described on the relevant product page and in the order confirmation. If there is a material delay, the buyer will be informed.

6. Right of withdrawal

For physical goods, the statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with Norwegian law. The buyer must notify the seller within the applicable withdrawal period.

Special rules apply to digital content. The right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery begins if the legal requirements are met, including the buyer giving express consent and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

7. Complaints

If a product has an error or defect, statutory complaint rights apply under Norwegian consumer law. Please contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

9. Changes to these terms

Vevra may update these terms when necessary. The terms that apply to a purchase are those available at the time the order is placed.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes should first be sought resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority or otherwise handled under Norwegian law.
